About me
I’m Liz, an accredited counsellor, based in Exeter. I can help you to understand yourself, build resilience and gently challenge you to identify beliefs and patterns that might be holding you back. I believe that you have the strength not just to survive, but to truly thrive and I can help you to find that within yourself.
Counselling is not always easy, but with the right support and understanding, it can be truly life changing. It takes courage to make this first step, yet here you are.
If you think I might be the right person to help you, please get in touch and I will arrange a free 15 minute call to introduce myself and tell you a bit about how I work. The best way to contact me is by email. You can find more information about me on my website and on Instagram @Exetherapy.
Your initial session will be 45 minutes where I will gather some basic info and talk through how things work. This can be done in person or online.
Following this, we will meet weekly for an hour session. Sessions are normally done in blocks of 6 and are open ended depending on your needs and how you want to work together. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or just to have an initial chat.
