About me

Hello, and welcome. I’m a trauma-informed, person-centred counsellor offering a safe and compassionate space for you to explore what’s going on in your life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, working through the effects of past trauma, or standing at a crossroads and unsure which direction to take, I’m here to support you in finding your own way forward.

My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I believe that you are the expert on your own experience, and together we can gently uncover what you need to heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself. I bring warmth, patience, and genuine curiosity to our work, helping you feel seen, heard, and understood.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a Level 4 diploma in therapeutic counselling and a BA (Hons) degree in social policy.

My training and experience have given me a deep appreciation for how personal experiences and wider social and cultural factors can shape our emotional world.
