About me

People come to me for a variety of reasons but if you are specifically experiencing relationships issues (both personal or professional), grief, bereavement and loss, self-esteem or low confidence issues, anger issues, weight management, trauma and PTSD, that’s what I specialise in.

Each person comes with their uniqueness and own life experiences, so it is very important to me to have the ability to adapt to your individual needs. I trained as an integrative therapist to ensure that I am equipped with the skills to identify and use the method that suits you.

Is counselling right for you?

Counselling is not about self pity, it is about change and empowerment. Are you worried about how you are coping with challenging events in your life? Are past experiences catching up with you and you find it difficult to enjoy life to the full? Or perhaps you are unsure about how you truly feel and you want to figure it out and get help to finally free yourself? It is at time like this that professional help can really help.

How do I work?

The whole of you is welcome, your sadness, your guilt, your anger, your joy, your shame, your grief.

We will first have a free phone consultation with no engagement at all, because I strongly believe that it is important to have a chance to ask as many questions as you want and have a feel of what I'm like before you decide whether you wish to continue with the process or not.

We may engage in short term or long term therapy, it depends entirely on your personal goal. I do not contract for a set number of sessions, the freedom of choice is important and is yours.

Each session last an hour at a fee of £60 payable in advance or on the day.

A bit more about me

I qualified as an NLP practitioner in 2012 and got involved with executive coaching soon after. This made me discover the power of our mind and a passion in helping people make positive changes in their life, not only for their own benefits, but also for the benefits of significant others around them.

In 2014, I trained and qualified as hypnotherapist and started my training as a Counsellor- Psychotherapist.

I completed my training with a work placement with 96 Harley Street- London for whom I continue to volunteer for those who can't afford private therapy.

I now run my own private practice in Staines where I offer individual therapy as well as couple counselling with flexible opening times to accommodate busy schedules, including early morning, late evenings and week ends.

I am bilingual and can offer sessions in both English and French
