About me

People come to me for a variety of reasons but if you are specifically looking for someone who can help with relationships issues(both personal or professional), grief, bereavement and loss, self-esteem or low confidence issues, anger issues, weight management, trauma and PTSD, that’s what I specialise in.

Each person I see comes to me with their uniqueness and own life experiences, so it is very important to me to have the ability to adapt to the individual needs. My training as an integrative therapist equipped me with the skills to identify and use the best suited method.

Is counselling right for you?

Are you worried about how you are coping with challenging events in your life? Are past experiences catching up with you and you find it difficult to enjoy life to the full? Or perhaps you are unsure about how you truly feel and you want to figure it out and get help to finally free yourself? It is at time like this that professional help can really help.

How do I work?

The whole of you is welcome, your sadness, your guilt, your anger, your joy, your shame, your grief.

We will first have a free 30 minutes consultation with no engagement at all, you can then decide whether you wish to continue with the process.

You may have short term or as long term therapy, it depends entirely on your personal goal.

Each session last an hour at a fee of £60 payable in advance or on the day.

A bit more about me

I qualified as an NLP practitioner in 2012 and got involved with professional coaching soon after. This made me discover the power of our mind and a passion in helping people make positive changes in their life.

In 2014, I trained and qualified as hypnotherapist and started my training as Counsellor- Psychotherapist.

I completed my training with a work placement with 96 Harley Street- London for whom I continue to volunteer for those who can't afford private therapy.

This year, I decided to set up my own private practice and I built a comfortable garden office in Staines that is easy to reach. I offer flexible opening times to accommodate busy schedules, including early morning, late evenings and week ends

I am bilingual and can offer sessions in both English and French
