About me
I have been in practice for over twenty-five years. Clients reach out to me because they are struggling within themselves, their work or their relationships. They might be feeling depressed, anxious, dreadful, stressed, overwhelmed, lonely, angry, empty, numb, purposeless, meaningless, traumatised, disconnected; yet not realise it. They might need to feel better, and live fulfilled lives. They may want to discover themselves and what would make them happy. At times people enter therapy in a crisis or for a multitude of other reasons and stay for various lengths of time. The time of entry is usually significant. Therapy is no longer a stigma; self development is now a norm. I am trained and experienced in working with adult individuals, couples and groups. I offer a tailormade approach to each person. I help by understanding the deeper issues which are causing your distress and guide you towards better emotional, mental and relational health, clarity, fulfilment and wellbeing.
I invite you to reach out to me so we can explore the possibility of working together. I offer a friendly, non-judgemental approach and will go at your pace.
