I am an Integrative Counsellor, allowing me to use various approaches to suit you as an individual. I have completed many workshops and courses enabling me to build many skills, as what may suit one person, may not suit another. I work in Psychodynamic, Psychoanalytic and Person Centred, as well as working with you as a whole person and what you may need at different stages.
