About me

Sometimes all we need is someone who will listen without judgement. I’m here for that, and I promise you will feel respected and supported no matter what you bring to our sessions. We will work together on what feels most important to you.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, we’ll take small steps.

We will go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and more connected to yourself. You are in control of the process.

I'm an experienced and Accredited Counsellor, Coach, and Clinical Supervisor. I am an integrative counsellor, meaning I use different approaches to fit your individual needs. If you feel I am someone you may be able to work with, reach out and we can have a chat and go from there.
