Hello, my name is Leann.
Thanks for viewing my profile.
At some point in our lives we may feel weighed down by issues we feel are out of our control. This can create an over whelming sense of anxiety.
It takes a lot of courage to reach out and ask for help so finding the right therapist is essential.
I have been a nurse for over 10 years now and worked within healthcare for over 25. I am a compassionate individual who genuinely cares about people.
I work with you in creating a safe space where we can work through your issues together. Having someone to listen and validate your feelings can be extremely powerful.
My role is to support you through the process of change and personal growth. Sessions are focused around your needs using a variety of therapeutic techniques. We work at your pace, safely exploring the issues you bring to your session in confidence and without fear of judgement.
I myself have been through the process of counselling and fully understand the positive impact it can have. Something that may seem overwhelming at first can eventually lead to a brighter, more positive life for yourself and those around you.
Counselling can support in restoring your sense of wellbeing. This is key in being able to move forward to lead a fulfilled and contented life.
Learning to express our feelings can be life changing.
If you have any queries, please do get in touch.I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation which is a good way of establishing if you feel comfortable talking to me and I can find out abit more about why you are looking for therapy and identify ways in which we could work together.
It’s important to remember you are in control of this.
I look forward to hearing from you.
