Lauren Street NCS Accred
Deciding to start counselling can be a daunting prospect. It can pose many questions such as; will I find the right therapist? Am I able to get through this? Can anyone help me?
My core belief is that if no two people are the same why should their therapy be? I don't offer a "one size fits all" approach and will take the time to find out about you so we can work together. I believe that building a strong bond with my clients is important so I will always ensure you have a safe space in which to talk. I promote lasting emotional change for my clients as what changes if nothing changes?
I offer appointments either during the day, in the evening or on Saturday (daytime only) both face to face and via Skype.
Prior to a first session I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone call so we can decide how best I can work with you on your counselling journey. All emails, calls and sessions remain strictly confidential.
