About me
As a therapist trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), I offer a structured yet compassionate approach to healing and personal growth. I work with clients to identify unhelpful patterns, build practical coping strategies, and process past experiences that may still impact the present. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, I bring warmth, clinical expertise, and a deep respect for your journey.
I specialise in working with adults, particularly those navigating trauma experiences. I also specialise in adults with depression, low self esteem and various anxiety disorders such as OCD, health anxiety, social anxiety, general anxiety and panic.
I understand firsthand the demands that come with parenting and the moments of joy, uncertainty and guilt that all come at once. I understand how easily self-care can fall to the bottom of the list and how parenting can stir up past wounds, new anxieties and a desire to 'be perfect'. I am here to help, offering that much needed non-judgemental space.
If you'd like to explore whether I'm a good fit for you, I'm here to help.

Further information
Outside of work, I love keeping life balanced with long walks, yoga, and spending time with my family. I’m happiest when I’m exploring new places, getting lost in a good book, or planning my next trip. And if you’re ever looking for me on a quiet morning, I can usually be found at the beach with a coconut flat white in one hand and a toddler in the other!
