About me
As a qualified integrative therapist, I am dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges, whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or personal growth. Together we can work towards understanding your unique experiences and developing effective strategies for positive change.
With a background in psychology, I have a good understanding of the complexities of the human mind and the many factors that influence our emotional well-being and behavior. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is key to fostering positive outcomes, and I am dedicated to building a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. In this confidential and non-judgmental environment, you are free to explore your thoughts and emotions openly. Together, we will work toward your personal goals, whether that involves developing coping strategies, increasing self-awareness, or fostering personal growth and resilience. I am here to support your journey forward.
I believe in a holistic approach, recognising that each person is unique and deserves personalised care. Coming from a person-centred core, my therapeutic style is warm, empathic and collaborative. As an integrative therapist, I will also draw upon theories such as Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Transactional Analysis (TA) in order to explore your past and present, as well as your relationships with others. I have experience with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, divorce, grief and childhood trauma.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
