BABCP Accredited PgDip CBT, EMDR Therapist

About me

I am an accredited psychotherapist trained in CBT and EMDR. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can begin to understand what’s going on for you and feel genuinely heard.

Many of the clients I work with appear to be coping on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand.

How I Can Help
If you struggle with anxiety, overthinking, low self-worth, or the impact of past experiences, we can work together to make sense of these patterns and begin to shift them.

I integrate CBT, EMDR, and parts-based approaches to help you:

Break cycles of anxiety and overthinking
Build confidence and self-trust
Understand and soften self-criticism
Process difficult or “stuck” past experiences
Develop healthier ways of coping                                                                            Improve emotional regulation

Together, we’ll look not just at what is happening, but why—and help you move forward in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.

Areas I Support
Anxiety (panic, health anxiety, OCD, overthinking)
Low mood and depression
Trauma and difficult past experiences
Self-esteem and self-criticism
Relationship difficulties
Addictive or coping behaviours, includng gambling.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. We can start wherever you are, and go at a pace that feels right for you.
