About me
Welcome! Please know that you aren't wrong for struggling, suffering or seeking support. Therapy can help you to relate with life's difficulties, restore healthy balance, and feel supported in times of change.
Here you'll find kind and professional guidance to enable you to cope with personal challenges or mental health issues. I also offer space for deeper exploration of your self, your experience and potential.
My approach can help open the possibility to:
- Find solid ground when things feel unsteady.
- Feel soothed, supported and strengthened.
- Safely give space and attention to what you are experiencing.
- Expand awareness and reveal new insights or options.
- Allow movement when ready for change or flow in areas that may be stuck.
- Enrich connections and the way you relate to yourself and others.
- Grow confidence in being who you really are - unlearning what you are not - so you can live with greater freedom in each moment.
I am qualified, experienced and accredited as an integrative therapist working with adults. My speciality is in modern ‘third wave’ psychotherapies, which offer effective tools and practices for inner and outer responding to life as it arises.
I personally know the immense value of this work, and I offer a service with care and respect, appreciating the courage it sometimes takes and the gifts it can give.
I love to see the transformations - simple or profound - that can happen here. When the layers of disconnection and discomfort that built up in life are met and digested, and support is felt right where you are, a greater sense of wholeness and ease can naturally shine through.
Please do get in touch if you are interested to arrange a free initial discussion about what you are looking for in therapy.

I provided counselling for adults at a local charity for 6 years before moving into private practice.
I currently also work in Wellbeing Services at the University of Exeter, supporting students to manage their mental health.
Before training in counselling, I worked in social research examining what supports or impacts healthy child development. Several years later I moved into social prescribing, which involved working 1:1 with people of all ages to connect them to positive activities, groups or services in the community to enhance wellbeing.
