About me

I have worked in mental health for over 20 years in a variety of settings and had the privilege of working with innumerable clients during this time. Working together with my clients, we have seen incredible transformations, they have gone on to achieve their therapy goals and it has been an honour to be part of this process with them.

Training, qualifications & experience

The world can feel uncertain and challenging at times and even more so for those experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and for those stressed and overwhelmed by life. Therapy can help!

Working primarily from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT approach, I am also trained in a number of other therapies including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing EMDR and Compassion Focussed Therapy CFT and will take the most clinically appropriate approach for you.

Having worked in primary care, secondary care, occupational health, rehab and personal injury, I have a very broad range of experience. I am fully accredited with the BABCP and ensure I keep up to date with training and research to ensure I am providing the very best level of care.
