I offer professional counselling and psychotherapy based on respect, compassion and care. I welcome people of all ages, gender and culture and work on a one to one basis, helping to explore your viewpoint, and experiences without being judged.
How Counselling can Help
It’s hard to know where to turn sometimes, so I offer a confidential and safe place where you can speak with honesty and openness. There is a sense of relief things are safely spoken about , allowing you to move on and let things go.
With over ten years’ experience, I help people through life’s difficulties including anxiety, depression, low self esteem and relationship issues. Only you know how you are feeling and it can be helpful to express it.
"Laura, Words cannot express how grateful I am for your time, wisdom and encouragement this past year. Thank you for aiding my growth." - Feedback from past client.
I believe that being understood and respected goes a long way to recovery and shifts how we feel about ourselves. Clients often remark on my positive energy as we talk things through and build a trusting relationship. I work in a calm and relaxing centre where you are welcomed with care and a cup of tea.
How to get started
The first thing is to make contact through either phone 07778 005951 or email. I would be happy to talk through how I work and we can make an appointment to meet. From there we have an initial consultation and then meet weekly when it is your time to put yourself first and find a way forward.
I look forward to meeting you.
