About me
I offer a unique outlook in helping you find your best self. I’ve worked as a qualified therapist for over 13 years offering short and long term therapy and always welcome new clients. I'm experienced with issues including depression, anxiety, bereavement, ADHD, relationship problems, family issues, low self-esteem, co-dependency, eating disorders, OCD ,phobias, anger, addictions and trauma. Nothing is too small to bring. Once you trust someone, you can understand yourself better and see how change is possible. Speaking without judgement and outside your family helps bring a different perspective. I can support you through difficult times and listen with patience and compassion offering understanding and no judgement. My office is in Kensington and I also work online for international clients.
Please do feel free to book your first session.
"Laura, words cannot express how grateful I am for your time, wisdom and encouragement this past year. Thank you."
I believe that being understood and heard is important to recovery and shifts how we feel about ourselves. Clients often remark on my positive energy as we explore and build a trusting and healing relationship.
How to start your sessions
Getting started is easy, just call me on 07778 005951 or click here to send me an email. We can discuss timings and any questions you may have and then book an appointment. I support people world wide so location is not a problem.
Online sessions last 50 minutes, the same as face to face. On the initial consultation, we discuss what brings you to therapy, see how you feel and then going forward, plan to meet weekly.
What are the benefits of online therapy?
Online therapy works well as time and location is more flexible if a client is traveling. Also are no travel costs involved and you can work from the comfort of your home or office. I work also face to face in a small centre in Kensington for those who prefer to meet in person and welcome you either way. I support people wherever is convenient.
Thank you for taking the time to reading my profile.
I look forward to welcoming you.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
