About me
Therapy for Adults – In Person or Online
Compassionate, evidence-based psychological support tailored to your needs.
I’m a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist working with adults who are navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I offer warm, non-judgemental support both online and in person. With over 10 years of experience in NHS mental health and physical health services, I’ve worked with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds with different needs and problems.
If you’re living with anxiety, depression, trauma, or a relentless inner critic, you might feel like you’re carrying more than you can hold. Therapy offers a space to lay that weight down for a while, and to gently start understanding where it came from and what healing could look like for you.
No pressure to have it all figured out. Just a space to begin.
Areas I work with include:
- PTSD and trauma
- Depression and low mood
- Anxiety, panic attacks, and health anxiety
- OCD
- Perfectionism, high levels of self-criticism and difficulties with self-worth
My approach is integrative, shaped by the needs of each person I work with, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), CFT (Compassion-Focused Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) therapy.
Together we can explore your experiences at a pace that feels manageable, helping you to understand your difficulties in a deeper way and work towards lasting emotional wellbeing in a way that feels right for you.
An inclusive and affirming space
I welcome and support clients of all backgrounds, including those from LGBTQ+ communities.
I aim to offer a therapy space that is respectful, supportive, and affirming of all identities. You won’t need to justify who you are - just bring yourself.
Availability
Appointments available on weekday afternoons and evenings, primarily Mondays and Wednesdays. I also have some slots available on Thursday mornings. Sessions are available online, in person or over the phone.

I also have experience working with adults with persistent pain in the NHS.
I have a solid grounding in CBT which has been my primary area of training, however have expanded my skills focusing on trauma-focused and compassion-focused therapy. My main aim though, is to explore your experiences at a pace that feels manageable, helping you to understand your difficulties in a deeper way and work towards lasting emotional wellbeing in a way that feels right for you.
