HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist

About me

Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck? You might feel caught in cycles of overthinking, low mood, or disconnection from yourself or others. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, trauma (including CPTSD), ADHD, and relationship difficulties. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space to help you make sense of what’s going on and move forward in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.

Training, qualifications & experience

I offer personalised, evidence-based psychological therapy for individuals and couples in London and online. I am a HCPC Registered Counselling Psychologist (Reg. No. PYL047923) and Chartered Psychologist with The British Psychological Society. I hold a Doctorate in Psychology from City St George’s, University of London and have worked with young people, adults and older adults across public, private and academic settings.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
