About me
Welcome, and thank you for visiting my profile.
I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
With a background working in supportive roles in social care, domestic abuse, and homelessness support I have extensive professional knowledge in these areas. Having also faced my own personal struggles, I understand how hard it can be to seek help—and how transformative therapy can be.
I have experience supporting individuals with a wide range of challenges, including relationship issues, anger management, depression, and anxiety.
Life can often present overwhelming challenges, leaving us feeling lost, stuck, or uncertain. You may be struggling to find meaning or feel that something is holding you back from the life you want to live.
My mission is to offer a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. With a sincere, compassionate approach, I aim to work alongside you, helping you gain insight, heal, and grow.
Perhaps past experiences continue to shape your present, making it difficult to move forward toward the person you want to become? Counselling was a crucial part of my own journey, and experiencing its transformative power inspired me to help others along their own paths.
I offer face-to-face sessions in a peaceful, private office set in my garden, located in the countryside. It’s a calming environment where you can feel at ease as we work together. For those who prefer or require flexibility, I also offer telephone and online sessions, allowing us to connect no matter where you are.
If you’re ready to take that first step towards positive change, or if you’d simply like to learn more about how counselling might help you, I’d love to hear from you. I offer free introductory telephone calls to explore your needs and determine the best way forward, whether you have specific goals or are just beginning your journey.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
