About me

Do you find yourself stuck in the same patterns, doubting yourself, or carrying a weight from the past that never quite goes away? Perhaps you're struggling with anxiety, grief, relationships, or a persistent feeling that you're not enough. Therapy can offer a space to understand these patterns and begin creating lasting change.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent many years working in hospitality. Like many of my clients, I know what it's like to feel lost, disconnected, and unsure of who you are beneath the roles you play for others.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist, a registered member of the BACP, and currently completing a Master's degree in Child, Adolescent and Family Therapy.

Over the years, I have worked with people experiencing anxiety, depression, complex trauma (CPTSD), grief and loss, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, identity struggles, and major life transitions. I have over 700 hours of clinical experience across mental health organisations, counselling services, and private practice.

While every person's journey is unique, therapy can help you:

  • Understand recurring patterns in relationships
  • Develop a stronger sense of self-worth
  • Process grief and loss
  • Reduce anxiety and overthinking
  • Feel more connected to yourself and others
  • Build healthier ways of relating to yourself and the people around you

I have a particular interest in working with men who are struggling with relationships, identity, self-worth, emotional expression, and questions around masculinity. Many men are taught to carry their struggles alone or hide parts of themselves. Therapy can offer a space to explore these experiences openly, without judgement, and discover new ways of understanding yourself.

My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in the belief that lasting change often begins with greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and a deeper connection to who you are.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
