About me
The fact that you're here, taking time to look for the right counsellor, tells me that something in you is ready for change, understanding, or support. That first step can often be the hardest.
Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in both the corporate world and as a holistic practitioner, experiences that gave me a deep appreciation of the pressures and challenges many of us carry. Alongside this, my own experience of therapy showed me the power of feeling truly heard and accepted, inspiring me to train as a counsellor and offer that same space to others.
As an integrative therapist, I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Drawing on Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, CBT, Attachment Theory, Transactional Analysis, mindfulness, and other therapeutic models, I tailor our work to your individual needs.
Together, we can find an approach that feels right for you, supporting greater self-understanding, meaningful change, and a deeper connection with yourself.
