About me

As Psychotherapist and Psychologist with a doctoral degree, I offer a comprehensive range of services that are backed by over 20 years of hands-on experience working with adults and young individuals. Based in  Harley Street district and Paddington, my practice caters to individuals seeking professional help in a private and empathetic setting.

My approach integrates the latest advancements in relational neuroscience and trauma-informed psychotherapy, ensuring an up-to-date and evidence-based therapeutic experience.

At the heart of my practice is the belief in the profound interconnectedness of the physical body and the soul, bringing together spirituality and science in a unique therapeutic approach. This holistic perspective allows me to address not only the symptoms but also the root causes of psychological distress, helping my clients navigate their way to healing and growth.
