I work with both individuals and couples, bringing warmth, empathy, challenge and a wealth of therapeutic and life experience to my work. I offer a safe and confidential environment for clients to explore their anxieties, issues and struggles.
I support clients to look at historical and behavioural patterns. And to work toward understanding and gaining awareness of what is holding you back and/or keeping you stuck and unfulfilled . I will support you to make changes that help you have a better awareness of what works for you in the present and gain a better sense of self-worth. To be less anxious and to be able to handle old habits which keep you from reaching your full potential. For you to be the one in charge of your life.
I am bilingual offering psychotherapy and counselling in English and Greek. I have worked on projects supporting unemployed adults and adolescents, and as a volunteer at MIND. I run private practice in North London. I have worked at Spectrum Therapy, an organisational member of the UKCP, for the past twenty-eight years.
I work with people from all religious backgrounds, sexual orientation, cultures and class systems and am especially interested in supporting people to look at cultural and gender differences in personal and professional relationships and enhance understanding of our unique differences and how we can work/live together.
I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, couples work, bereavement and pain management. I also work with work issues, multiple roles, boundaries and mediation.

I will respond within three working days. If you could outline the reason/s why you are looking for therapy at this time, and ask any questions you may have. I will inform how I work and we can then make an arrangement for a first session.
During the first session you have the opportunity to talk about what has brought you to therapy and what you would like to explore and work on. If you are new to therapy you may not be sure or know. This is fine we will work towards finding what the work is during the sessions.
I offer short and long-term therapy, phone, Skype and facetime sessions.
