About me
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in repeating relationship patterns, counselling can offer a space to pause and understand what’s happening beneath the surface. I can help you understand your recurring emotional patterns, strengthen boundaries and relationships, and develop greater self-awareness.
In couples therapy, I can help you improve communication, break the cycle of repetitive arguments, without blame, which will enable you both to reconnect and gain a better understanding of each other.
I am an integrative counsellor who works with individuals and couples, my approach integrates Person-centred therapy, Psychodynamic psychotherapy and Attachment theory. This means we explore not only present issues, but the deeper relational and emotional patterns that may have developed earlier in life.
I work with individuals and couples in a comfortable relaxing room in my house. I have an unstuffy approach, I'm even a little sweary in the right context. It's important to me that you feel relaxed and feel able to talk without having to censor yourself.
I see clients in person, or online, and can work short or long-term. I offer a complimentary 20 minute chat online to get a feel for if we're a good match, so please do get in touch to arrange this with me.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and I am on an Accredited Register that has been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority, NCPS, and adhere to their code of ethics and have regular supervision.

My experience includes anxiety, couples, relationship and family issues, low self-esteem, depression, grief and loss, bereavement, family estrangement, loneliness, and menopause.
