About me

Are you struggling with anxiety, or depression? Struggling with family issues? Are you constantly arguing with your partner, feeling insecure and lonely in your relationship? Or trying to make sense of how you're feeling about yourself?

I'm emotionally focussed and attachment based in my outlook and I work with individuals and couples in a comfy, relaxing room in my house. I have an unstuffy approach, I'm even a little sweary in the right context. It's important to me that you feel relaxed and feel able to talk without having to censor yourself.

I am an integrative counsellor and an accredited member of NCPS. I work face-to-face or online. I also have an externship and core skills in EFT couples therapy, and am fully ensured. I work short or long-term, and if you're still unsure, I offer a free 20 minute chat online to get a feel for if we're a good match.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and I am on an Accredited Register that has been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority, NCPS, and adhere to their code of ethics and have regular supervision.

I work in private practice in Hanover, Brighton. My experience includes anxiety, couples, relationship and family issues, low self-esteem, depression, grief and loss, bereavement, family estrangement, loneliness, and menopause.
