About me

I'm a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist working with adults dealing with anxiety, OCD, low mood, trauma and the sense of being stuck.

My approach is collaborative and practical. We'll work out together what's keeping the difficulty going, and build strategies that fit your actual life. Over time, my aim is that you'll be able to do this for yourself.

Reaching out for therapy can feeling daunting. You don't have to face things alone. I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space where we can work together to help you move forward. If you're ready to take the first step, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see whether we're the right fit!

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and currently work within NHS Talking Therapies alongside my private practice.

Through my work within the NHS, I have developed experience supporting adults with a wide range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, obsessive-compulsive difficulties and the emotional impact of long-term health conditions.

My approach is primarily grounded in CBT, while also incorporating evidence-based techniques from third-wave approaches. I am particularly interested in helping people understand the patterns that may be keeping their difficulties going, and developing practical skills to make meaningful and lasting changes.

I regularly undertake continuing professional development to ensure that my practice remains evidence-based and reflects current psychological therapy approaches. I aim to create a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental space where you can feel comfortable exploring difficulties at your own pace.
