About me
As a qualified and experienced therapist, I offer a confidential service where you can feel safe and secure in the knowledge you can talk freely without judgement and will be treated with empathy and compassion.
I am a Psychotherapist specialising in mental wellness and wellbeing, I support with: stress, anxiety, confidence, mindset, and overcoming life’s challenges, traumas and transitions.
I understand life is tough and that there can't be a 'one size fits all' approach to solving the problems it throws at us or healing the scars it leaves. So as an integrative therapist and mental wellness coach I offer tailored therapeutic experience to suit your specific needs at a pace that is right for you.
After working with me, clients feedback that their mental health and overall wellness has improved, they experience reduced stress, anxiety, depression, negative thinking and burnout and their self esteem and confidence has increased. They reduce their risk of physical health problems linked to mental health issues such as heart disease, diabetes and stroke, and have the knowledge and tools to manage future life challenges, traumas and transitions, through my unique 8 Wise framework.
If you feel that now is the right time for you to work through your issues and make some positive changes in your life, then get in touch, I promise a friendly face an empathetic ear and a safe space for you.
