About me

Does your young person...  Seem different from others? Struggle to switch off or fall asleep? Find it hard to fit in or feel motivated?  Prefer time alone? Feel low or sad without a clear reason?

You’re not alone, and neither are they. I provide a safe, judgment-free space to explore these feelings. Together, we can build your young person's resilience and introduce new coping strategies through creative and talking therapy.

I'm passionate about the power of human connection—how being fully seen and heard, without judgment, can create real change. Growing up, I often felt like I didn’t have a voice, so I’m committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where you can share your story. I'm here to listen, and I look forward to walking this journey with you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I’ve been fortunate to work in health and social care for over seven years, and I truly value the diverse experiences it brings. Whether I’m collaborating with charitable organizations, supporting individuals in schools and colleges, or working in my private practice, I love meeting clients where they are and offering the help they need.

My heart is especially drawn to supporting those dealing with self-harm, suicide awareness, and trauma. I find creative therapeutic approaches particularly effective with children and young people, and I feel grateful every day to be part of their journey.

I specialize in helping children, teenagers, and young adults navigate challenges with peer relationships, emotional management, social skills, self-esteem, and confidence. In our initial sessions, we’ll explore your family’s background, discuss your current issues, and set potential goals to make a positive difference from the start.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my profile. If you’d like to chat, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d love to hear from you.
