About me
Hello, I'm Kelly.
A down to earth counsellor, wading through the mud with you.
If you're struggling with anxiety, low self esteem, stress, loss, or simply feeling stuck, you're not alone. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, but you don't need to have everything figured out before starting counselling.
My counselling cabin is situated in peaceful surroundings, offering a private and calming space dedicated solely to counselling. Surrounded by natural gardens and nearby stables, with free parking and the kettle always on, it's a place where you can take time for yourself away from the demands of everyday life.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor with a person-centred core, offering a warm, compassionate and non judgemental space where you can talk openly and be yourself. I believe that being truly heard and accepted can be the starting point for meaningful change.
Many of the people I work with struggle with anxiety, overthinking, low confidence, self doubt, or feeling as though they're not good enough. Together, we can explore what's going on for you, make sense of your experiences, and help you build a stronger relationship with yourself.
I also have experience supporting clients through bereavement and loss, including 12 months working within a hospice setting supporting family members.
Life can feel muddy at times. My role isn't to tell you what to do or have all the answers, but to walk alongside you as we work through whatever is bringing you to counselling. All you need to bring is yourself.
If you feel we might be a good fit, I'd be happy to hear from you.
