About me

I use hypnotherapy, Counselling and psychotherapy to help with various issues that a client might want to address. I find that a flexible and diverse approach to therapy gives the best results. My aim is to help and empower you by guiding you to realising the solutions and coping mechanisms yourself you that you can truly learn and grow.

I have with worked successfully with clients experiencing dependency issues, depression, anxiety, stress and various others.

Each client is an individual and as such requires a bespoke care plan whatever their circumstances may be.

I also work with other holistic therapies that compliment healing and empowering my clients such as massage, Reiki, meditation and mindfulness.
