About me
I bring not only professional training but also extensive life experience. Like many people, I have faced and worked through a range of personal challenges, which allows me to genuinely understand that life is not always straightforward. At times, the weight of past experiences and current pressures can feel overwhelming.
We all carry emotional “baggage,” and there are moments when it becomes too heavy to manage alone. Counselling provides a safe space to explore these thoughts and feelings, helping you make sense of what you are going through.
There are times in life when we lose direction or feel stuck. My role is to support you in those moments. Each session is tailored to you - your experiences, your pace, and your goals. Together, we will explore what has brought you to counselling and work towards a better understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
I can support you with -
- Negative behaviours that impact your lifestyle.
- Low self-esteem, self-confidence and self-worth.
- Relationship difficulties at work and in the family.
- Anxiety, Low Mood and Obsessive Behaviour.
- Feelings of Guilt, Shame and Remorse.
- Problems with Alcohol.
- Bereavement and Loss.
- Issues with Drugs.
- Anger Problems.
Training, qualifications & experience
- CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Counselling
