About me

You feel everything deeply. Other people's moods, the tension in a room, the weight of things left unsaid. You carry it all. And if you have spent years being told you are too sensitive, you may have started to believe it.

You are not too sensitive. Your nervous system is simply wired differently. And therapy can finally be built around that.

I am a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist specialising in highly sensitive people (HSPs). I work with adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, and emotional exhaustion. People who are functioning on the outside but running on empty on the inside.

My approach uses CBT adapted specifically for sensitive nervous systems. Not generic therapy repackaged. Sessions are built around how you actually process the world, which means the tools you leave with actually work for you.

I offer weekly 1:1 online sessions and a structured 12-week Burnout Recovery Programme for people who need more intensive support. A free 15-minute consultation is available so you can find out whether this is the right fit before committing to anything.

Online sessions available to clients in the UK, Europe, and worldwide.
