About me
Do you feel like you're pouring from an empty cup? Like you're holding it together for everyone else & have nothing left for yourself? Talking things through with someone outside of your everyday bubble can help. I am here to be that person for you.
Life can feel really tough at times, and the fact that you're here suggests that this might be the case for you right now. Maybe you're feeling lost, perhaps it's anxiety, maybe a general sense of heaviness that a cup of tea and your favourite comfort TV show used to shake but doesn't any more. Maybe something significant has happened and you need some help working through your feelings around it.
Talking therapy can help unpick all of this. Whether you want to process what you're feeling, make sense of what is going on for you or simply to offload, I am here to offer you a space to do all of this.
How can I help?
I have worked with a wide range of clients, but have a particular interest in supporting clients with anxiety, bereavement and loss, family and relationship dynamics, and improving self-esteem. I also have lots of experience working with those impacted by cancer and other long-term illnesses, and those with lived experience of the criminal justice system.
I understand that therapy can feel extremely vulnerable. It can also feel really enlightening and freeing. I am not here to judge you, analyse you or make assumptions about you - I am here to listen, support you and walk alongside you as we make sense of whatever you are going through together.
I offer a no-obligation introductory call where we can have an informal chat, and you can decide if I'm the right fit for you. You can ask any questions you might have and I can also tell you a little more about how we might work together.
I offer open-ended sessions online or face-to-face.
