About me
Hi, I’m Katie
I’m a qualified integrative counsellor working with both adults and young people, offering support through life’s challenges to help you build a more fulfilling, meaningful life.
I have experience working with a range of difficulties including anxiety, relationship issues, low self esteem, work pressure, low mood, feeling stuck, and attachment.
My approach integrates a number of therapeutic models, so together we can explore the approach that best suits you and feels the most helpful. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I believe the connection we build together is the foundation for healing, growth, and self-exploration.
I understand from personal experience how overwhelming it can feel to find the right counsellor for you. Opening up can be daunting but you’re not alone in feeling that way. That’s why I believe in taking the time to build a safe, welcoming space. No two people are the same, so our sessions will always be shaped around you. Your experiences, at your pace, and what you want to explore.
Sessions are offered both in-person and online/telephone and can be short-term or long-term depending on your needs.
