About me

I offer a free initial full 50-minute session to get a feel for how we might work together and if we're a good fit. Many people come to therapy feeling exhausted from trying to keep everything together - overwhelmed by burnout, perfectionism, anxiety, or the impact of past experiences. You may have spent years pushing yourself to cope, meet expectations, or hide how difficult things really feel. I offer a warm space where we can slow things down, explore what’s been going on for you, and begin building a more compassionate relationship with yourself. I’m an NCPS-accredited counsellor and work integratively, drawing on a range of approaches and tailoring our sessions to what you need.

Some of the people I work with are adults beginning to recognise autistic or ADHD traits in themselves, or who have spent years masking and pushing through without fully understanding why things feel so difficult. Together we can explore these patterns at your pace, without assumptions or labels being imposed.

I offer a free, informal 15-minute video call so we can get to know each other and see whether working together feels like a good fit. You’re welcome to get in touch with any questions or to arrange a call. Please note: I will be on a planned break during July and August 2026.
