About me

My style is warm, collaborative and down to earth. I offer online therapy to adults and couples, providing a safe, non‑judgemental space to talk openly and work through what has brought you to therapy.

You are welcome to a free 20‑minute online consultation so you can ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether I’m the right therapist for you. I offer individual counselling, couples therapy and clinical hypnotherapy, all delivered securely online.

I have particular experience with neurodivergent adults, couples and LGBTQIA+ clients, as well as people struggling with gambling addiction and those affected by a loved one’s gambling harm.

As a neurodivergent therapist within the LGBTQIA+ community, I know how exhausting it can be to mask, navigate overwhelming sensory and social demands, or feel “too much” for other people. My aim is to offer an affirming space where you can show up as you are, without having to explain the basics of how your brain works.

I adapt our work to suit your needs and neurotype. This might include gently exploring past experiences and trauma, shifting unhelpful patterns, or working on communication and connection in your relationship.
