About me
I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) supporting clients with a range of issues including eating disorders, social anxiety, health anxiety, generalised anxiety, depression, ADHD and navigating difficult family relationships
I will offer you a safe space in which to explore your issues, to give you a clear understanding of why you are feeling a certain way by challenging your negative thoughts and beliefs. You will then begin to adapt these beliefs and make positive changes. Ultimately, this will lead to a significant improvement in your mental health and wellbeing, not just in the short term, but more importantly for the long term.
Initially I offer a free 30 minute phone consultation which gives you the opportunity to ask any questions/concerns you may have and for me to gather information regarding your current situation. If you are happy to go ahead with the sessions, we will discuss days and times (either online or in-person) on a weekly basis that suits you.
I look forward to hearing from you.
