About me

As a person centred counsellor, I offer my clients a non-judgemental empathetic and safe space in which to explore alongside me their thoughts, feelings and difficulties. I strongly believe people possess their own inner strengths and resources to work through their problems and issues and so to unlock the answers and find their own route of acceptance and resolutions.

I believe life can throw challenges at us at any age. We can benefit from counselling and psychotherapy so as to grow in self knowledge and also to achieve personal growth and self esteem.

For more information please don't hesitate to contact me. Please text me to arrange an inital consultation.

Feedback from recent clients

A client referred to me by, her GP:

"I came to counselling for help with anxiety & panic attacks. I also had unresolved issues of grief. Over the period of 20 weeks of counselling I have gone from a very anxious person suffering these issues to someone who can cope with overwhelming stresses that life brings. I cannot praise my counsellor enough and would recommend her. She was very helpful in showing me the way forward it has been a positive experience throughout."

My second client, came to me from her GP suffering from Bereavement these are her words:

"Kate has been a super counsellor professional, kind, effective and supportive. I have been able to achieve my counselling goals. Talking therapy has been very helpful for me."
