Karla Walters BA (Hons), DipHE, MBACP Registered Counsellor
50-52 Hiltingbury Road
I would like to extend a warm welcome to you. Sometimes our lives can become too much and feel overwhelming. My aim is to provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore whatever challenges you are facing in life, free from judgment. Whether it is a particular event that has caused you distress or perhaps something which is unknown to you, I will support you through your process.
As a counsellor I value you as an individual. I will work in collaboration with you, enabling you to explore your thoughts and feelings, whilst being supported in a calm, confidential, secure, and warm space. I will help you to understand yourself better and develop in a way that suits you, empowering you to better manage your difficulties and support you in making any changes that you wish to make. Being client-led, this process is done at your pace. When you are ready, I want to hear your voice and understand all that you say.
I work with both adults and young people (11 years upwards).
