I view Psychotherapy as a dynamic, collaborative process created between myself and the client—a journey we embark on together. My approach is unbiased, supportive, and non-judgemental. I take an active role in the therapeutic process by offering insights, sharing relevant theories, and asking thoughtful questions. I am deeply passionate about my work and believe that, although therapy can be emotionally challenging at times, it can also be empowering, inspiring and transformative.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
