Supervision details
I am a counsellor with lived experience of trauma who brings authenticity, empathy and insight to my therapeutic work. My practice is grounded in trauma-informed, person-centred values, with a focus on creating safe, collaborative relationships that support clients through anxiety, stress, emotional dysregulation and low confidence.
I prioritise reflective practice and ongoing professional development, valuing supervision as a space for exploration, ethical grounding and growth. I engage openly with feedback and use supervision to deepen self-awareness, enhance clinical decision-making and maintain safe, effective practice.
My approach integrates practical tools, psychoeducation and relational depth, aiming to empower clients and foster resilience. I welcome supervision that is challenging, supportive and rooted in mutual respect.
