I am passionate about fostering psychological wellbeing and emotional resilience. Working together, I help clients explore their thoughts, emotions and behaviours – focusing on developing both a deeper understanding and tools to help them live life in the here and now.

My aim is to give clients the safe, confidential space they need in which to explore their feelings and initiate change.
