About me

Hello and thank you for visiting my profile. We all experience times when life seems overwhelming. Therapy offers you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore problems that are making your life difficult. I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist & Person- Centred Counsellor with over 19 years’ experience working with adults and young people who present with a wide range of issues. I work predominantly using CBT, which is an evidenced based treatment therapy for a variety of mental health disorders, including Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Stress, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Trauma. I currently work in private practice with adults and young people. I also work with an EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) service which involves providing therapy for adults referred through work.
