About me
You may be feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Perhaps work pressures have become too much, relationships feel challenging, loss has left you struggling, or past experiences continue to impact your present.
Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I'm here to help.
Together, we can gently explore the difficulties you’re facing in a safe, supportive, and confidential space, helping you better understand yourself, process challenges, and move towards meaningful change.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to feel uncertain, nervous, or unsure where to begin. Many of my clients feel this way at first. My role is to offer you a safe, compassionate, and confidential space where you can explore what’s happening for you at a pace that feels comfortable.
I offer face-to-face counselling across Milton Keynes, online sessions, telephone counselling, and walk and talk therapy, giving flexibility to access support in a way that feels right for you.
How I Can Help
I work with clients experiencing:
- Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
- Workplace stress, burnout, bullying, or career-related challenges
- Depression and low mood
- Bereavement and loss
- Trauma, including childhood trauma (with a somatic approach and inner child work)
- Low self-esteem and confidence issues
- Life transitions and personal change
- Men’s mental health
- Women’s health and menopause-related emotional wellbeing
My approach is integrative, person-centred, and trauma-informed, which means I tailor therapy to you as an individual. I also incorporate somatic awareness where appropriate, helping clients better understand how stress and trauma may impact both mind and body.
What to Expect From Therapy With Me
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially when speaking to someone new. You may worry about what to say, where to begin, or whether your struggles are “big enough.” Please know that these feelings are incredibly common.
Our first session is a gentle opportunity for us to explore:
- What has brought you to therapy
- Your current challenges
- Your hopes for counselling
- What support may feel most helpful for you
- Together, we create a collaborative path forward that supports your goals, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth.
I offer a warm, supportive environment where you can:
- Explore your thoughts and emotions offering a space rooted in compassion, understanding, and genuine comfort
- Develop greater self-awareness
- Build confidence and resilience
- Process difficult experiences safely
- Better understand yourself and your patterns
- Move towards meaningful, sustainable change
We work at your pace, with compassion and understanding at the heart of the process.
My Approach
I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about helping you reconnect with yourself, understand your experiences, and find greater clarity, strength, and balance.
My aim is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered while gently guiding you towards deeper understanding and positive change.
Free 20-Minute Consultation
Taking that first step towards therapy can feel daunting, which is why I offer a free 20-minute, no-obligation consultation.
This gives us the opportunity to explore what’s bringing you to therapy, what support you may be looking for, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
I believe feeling genuinely comfortable, understood, and able to be yourself within therapy is an important foundation for meaningful therapeutic work.
