I am an Integrative/Holistic therapist and I offer Psychotherapy and Counselling, incorporating Mindfulness, Meditation and wellbeing sessions.
When you are experiencing thoughts and feelings that you are not able to process alone, counselling/psychotherapy can be a way of making sense of them and helping you to move forward with your life.
I have a genuine and warm character and real desire to help you. Whatever your issue, a long term problem, an immediate crisis or if you are just feeling stuck. I am able to offer you a calm space where you have the opportunity to explore what has prompted you to seek counselling.
I hold clinics in Crawley and Hove both locations are close to transport links and my Crawley practice has free parking. The Hove practice is close to on street meter parking. Please inform me in which location you wish to see me when you submit your enquiry.
Some of the areas of counselling clients come to see me about include: Anxiety, Couples counselling, Depression, Family issues, Feeling sad, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Low self confidence, Low self esteem, Panic attacks, Social anxiety, Disassociation, Relationship Issues, Affairs and betrayals, Addictions, Anger management, Self Harm, Bereavement, Eating Disorders, (please see full list below)
I aim to help clients gain a healthy work/life balance and offer exam stress relief techniques to students. At the end of our sessions you will have a 'tool box' to take with you as you continue your journey through life.
I am experienced in working with both one to one and couples counselling. I will work with you in an Integrative/Holistic way. Drawing from different models of therapy allows me to tailor each session to your particular needs. Sessions can be long term/short term/time bonded.
I have worked with young people in a special educational setting for over 10 years and have volunteered with a charity that offered counselling to young people age between 14 - 25. I have also volunteered with a cancer charity supporting both those with a diagnosis of cancer and their families.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
