About me
I am an Integrative/Holistic therapist and I offer Psychotherapy and Counselling. I incorporate my academic qualifications with Career coaching, Life coaching, Mindfulness, Meditation and Well-being sessions.
Crawley is face to face/online
Hove is online only
When you are experiencing thoughts and feelings that you are not able to process alone, counselling/psychotherapy can be a way of making sense of them and helping you to move forward with your life.
I have a genuine and warm character and real desire to help you. Whatever your issue, a long term problem, an immediate crisis or if you are just feeling stuck. I am able to offer you a calm space where you have the opportunity to explore what has prompted you to seek counselling.
Some of the areas of counselling clients come to see me about include:
Anxiety, Depression, Abuse, Bereavement, Career Counselling, Life coaching, Cognitive behavioural therapy (cbt), ADHD, Low Self Esteem, Family issues, Trauma, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Low Self Confidence, Couples counselling, Panic Attacks, Social Anxiety, Disassociation, Relationship Issues, Affairs and Betrayals, Anger management, Self Harm, Eating Disorders, (please see full list below)
I aim to help clients gain a healthy work/life balance. At the end of our sessions you will have a 'Virtual tool box' to take with you as you continue your journey through life.
I am experienced in working with both one to one and couples counselling. I am employed by two small local businesses who refer their employees who are experiencing mental health issues.
I will work with you in an Integrative/Holistic way. Drawing from different models of therapy allows me to tailor each session to your particular needs. Sessions can be long term/short term/time bonded.
I work face to face in Crawley and online in Hove

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
During the summer months I am able to offer appointments outside. Walking therapy can be a very calming way to talking about issues that are distressing. Not having the face to face contact can help you feel more relaxed and can enable you to feel comfortable to be able to open up.
