About me
Have you ever found yourself doing something but not knowing why? It’s a common experience—like wanting to improve relationships but losing your temper despite your best efforts, or wanting to stand up for yourself but freezing when the moment comes.
That’s where therapy comes in. I’m here to help you explore these patterns in a non-judgmental and supportive way. Together, we’ll hold up a mirror to your experiences, uncover the reasons behind them, and create space for meaningful self-discovery.
In therapy, your autonomy is always the priority. I provide empathetic listening, genuine care, and a collaborative approach to help you gain deeper insights into your emotions, beliefs, and experiences. There’s no rush, no dismissal—just a space for you to better understand yourself and take steps toward greater self-awareness and confidence.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is a vital part of the healing process. By fostering trust, warmth, and acceptance, I offer a safe space where you can explore even the most difficult emotions without fear of judgment. Every person’s journey is unique, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you find your path to growth and well-being.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a person-centred therapist with extensive experience supporting clients from all walks of life. I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, low confidence and self-esteem, and work-related stress.
With a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, I bring both expertise and a compassionate approach to my practice. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), membership number 410905, I adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards, ensuring you receive the care and support you deserve.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
