About me
Hi, how are you doing? Come in, take a seat.
I'm guessing if you're reading this you're thinking it might be time to get some help or just to talk to someone about what's bothering you.
I can help you with that.
To be fair, everyone on this site will tell you that - so how do you go about choosing the right person for you?
Start by looking at the picture of my face. Is that a face you're going to feel comfortable talking to? Spending an hour a week with?
What about the person behind the face? What are they like? Well, the person behind this face wears a Snoopy watch, has Snoopy Converse trainers and his favourite T-shirts (usually hidden under baggy jumpers) are Spock, Doctor Who and Calvin And Hobbes. All the rest are band ones.
Underneath all that I'm a good listener. Quiet and calm. Able to let you talk about anything and everything, before offering insight and asking gentle questions. I'm able to help you explore whatever is going on.
I've been described by one client as being like a giant marshmallow. I've decided that was a compliment.
I'm also able to help with a range of issues. The menopause, ADHD, families and relationships, low self-esteem, feeling overwhelmed, anxiety and stress - clients have come to me with all of these, and have been supported and helped.
So drop me a line and we can have a chat, and see if I'm able to help you as well.
