About me
Hi, I am Justine, a person-centred therapist. I support people by offering a safe environment in person or on-line to work through life's twists and turns. I listen with compassion, care and understanding, seeing things from your point of view and giving you the support you deserve. You can be honest and share your feelings without the fear of being judged or ignored. I help to navigate the best way through your difficulties, encouraging you to find and trust yourself and the decisions you make.
I work with people like you who are experiencing issues with anxiety, family issues, relationships, grief or just finding it difficult to cope, unsure which way to turn. Together we can unpick what is going on for you, and explore solutions that help you get on with living again.
During our time together, we will work with feelings, emotions and self-esteem to help you grow in confidence and cope with pressures that life may bring both now and in the future. This is your time and space for you to spend on yourself. I will not judge you or force my ideas on you, but I will assist you to work things out in a way that works for you.
It is difficult to take that first step if you are anxious or have low self-esteem or if you are grieving or struggling at work or university, but I can empower you to trust your own judgement, be kinder to yourself and believe in yourself.
If you have any questions or would like to book a session, you can send me an email or give me a call on 07847 617052.

Areas of counselling I deal with
Other areas of counselling I deal with
Is the cost of living causing you to lie awake worrying?
I used to help people organise their finances so I understand the difficulties of balancing bills and the stress it can bring. I can help you to cope with difficult feelings and stress and financial worry.
Moving to a foreign country?
I experienced first hand how difficult big life changes can be and the time it takes to adapt. Moving abroad can be a stressful time for you and your family, however with the proper support, you can feel more confident about your next steps.
Struggling to have a family?
I appreciate the distress and upset this can cause and am able to support you through the difficult feelings and emotions triggered by this.
These and other life events have enabled me to appreciate the importance of speaking to someone you trust who isn't directly involved but understands what you're going through.
