About me

I offer safe, supportive and confidential mindfulness-based psychotherapy and couples counselling online and in Bruton, Somerset.

I work both in-person and online - having had several years previous experience of working online in this way I feel comfortable with supporting clients who may be new to this way of working together.

I also offer woodland walk & talk and nature-based ecotherapy.

I work with both individuals and couples.

Psychotherapy offers a space to explore ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we relate to our past and present experience. It can be incredibly helpful and reassuring to be with a work through life's difficulties in a supportive and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship.

I offer both short-term therapy, which can provide valuable support during times of crisis and upheaval, I also offer long-term, depth psychotherapy, which can be a profound inner-journey over many months and sometimes years.

There are many circumstances in which people seek the support of therapy, some of the common issues that I work with are: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family-issues trauma, sexual-abuse, life-changes and bereavement.

I also work with individuals to offer psychedelic/transpersonal integration and supporting those experiencing spiritual emergence/y.

Sometimes you may simply be feeling that something is missing from your life, without understanding why.

I have an MA in Core Process Psychotherapy, which is a mindfulness-based approach.
Core Process Psychotherapy enquires into human experience at many different levels, working with our thoughts, emotions, body sensations, imagination, dreams and spirituality. This holistic approach offers a unique and fascinating way to explore our health and suffering. Core Process Psychotherapy can be described as a mindfulness based approach.

I abide by a written code of ethics upheld by the Karuna Institute, which is a member of the UKCP.

I also offer couples counselling - Having trained with Re-Vision to a Diploma in Couples with Soul, Couples Counselling. I work in a deeply supportive role to the relationship. I offer an authentic and safe space to fully explore the issues that are arising, and rather than seeing the issues as deeply problematic, see that instead these can be a catalyst for growth and discovering a deeper authenticity in relating.
