About me
Mental health challenges are common, and you’re not alone if you’ve ever felt uncertain about your path, overwhelmed by difficult situations, worried about the future, unfulfilled, stuck, or caught in cycles of self-doubt and self-criticism. Life is constantly changing, and adapting to these changes can bring hardships. Sometimes, the struggles we face seem unsolvable on our own, or the solutions we attempt only lead to further difficulties.
How I Can Help
My approach is humanistic and collaborative, providing a safe, non-judgemental space where we can explore your difficulties and work toward meaningful change. Each person is unique, shaped by different backgrounds, experiences, and values. That’s why effective therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—it needs to be tailored to your specific challenges, strengths, and aspirations.
Grounded in a holistic view of health and well-being, I combine relational and awareness-expanding approaches with targeted, evidence-based therapies proven to facilitate real change. My goal is to create a space where you can reconnect with what truly matters to you and begin to thrive, even in the face of life’s ongoing challenges.
Areas of Support
While I work with people rather than just diagnoses, I can help adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including:

- Loss and grief
- Trauma and PTSD

- Stress, including workplace-related stress
- Coaching, including for work, sports and personal life
- Smoking cessation and weight management
- Emotion regulation and anger issues
Finding the Right Fit
With so many therapists and therapy approaches available, finding the right one can feel overwhelming. Effective therapy goes beyond techniques and frameworks; it’s about building a meaningful, trusting relationship where you feel safe enough to explore difficult emotions and experiences in a collaborative way.
I invite you to book a free 15-minute call so we can get to know each other, discuss your needs, and see if we’re the right fit.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
