About me

Thank you for looking at my profile.

I am an experienced, dedicated and fully qualified  Counsellor, registered and Accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy BACP.

I work in a holistic and integrative way, combining different theories and techniques in order to tailor individual sessions to work with any issues you may have.

We all experience difficulties, painful events traumas and losses at some point in our lives but knowing who to turn to for support and understanding can sometimes be difficult and can lead to feeling very isolated and alone. Therapy can help you make changes that will improve your sense of well being, your general health and your happiness.

whether you are feeling desperate, anxious or just need to clear your head, I  offer a confidential, non judgemental space to explore ways to improve your relationships, your quality of life and enhance your physical and mental well being allowing you to move forward with your life in a happier and more fulfilling way.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have an advanced Diploma in integrative Counselling and a Diploma in  individual and group supervision for counsellors and other professions.

I am an Accredited member of the BACP.

12 + years experience working with mental health issues in  GP practices, schools and other NHS settings, working with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress bereavement and relationship problems.

I also have extensive experience working with childhood sexual abuse.
