About me
Many people come to therapy when life feels overwhelming, exhausting, or painfully stuck. You may be struggling with anxiety, loss and bereavement, trauma, infertility, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or a significant life transition. At times, it can feel difficult to make sense of what you are experiencing or to carry it alone.
I offer a calm, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly and honestly about whatever is troubling you. Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, helping you gain greater understanding of yourself, develop new perspectives, and find ways of moving forward that feel meaningful and authentic.
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a Postgraduate Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy and over nine years of experience supporting people through a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, trauma, grief, infertility, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
I work with adults aged 18 and over from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. Whether you are facing a longstanding difficulty or responding to a recent challenge, therapy can provide a space to reflect, gain insight, and find a way forward.
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. Alongside exploring the challenges that bring you to therapy, we may also consider broader questions about your relationships, sense of self, values, and what gives your life meaning. This can help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and make choices that feel right for you.
I offer weekly 50-minute online sessions via Zoom, providing flexible support wherever you are. I also offer a free introductory call so that we can discuss what brings you to therapy and whether working together feels right for you.
A limited number of reduced-fee spaces are available for those who may need financial support.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a Postgraduate Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling.
I have over nine years’ experience working with adults both online and face-to-face, including over three years in private practice providing online therapy. I have also worked within specialist charities supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
Alongside this, I have completed foundation training with the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA) and have experience supporting women with infertility, pregnancy loss, and related emotional and psychological difficulties. My work in this area includes supporting clients experiencing the emotional impact of infertility, grief related to pregnancy loss, and the associated anxiety and distress that can arise.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Existential therapy offers a space to explore life’s challenges, helping you understand yourself more deeply and make sense of what you’re going through — especially during times of change, loss, anxiety, or uncertainty. It provides room to reflect on the questions that come with being human, and to find clarity, meaning, and a way forward.
I work with clients to reconnect with their values, take ownership of their lives, and live more fully in the present, even amidst life’s difficulties.
You are welcome to get in touch to arrange a free 30-minute introductory session, so we can explore whether working together feels right for you.
