About me
My consulting rooms are based in Sandhurst and Kings Hill. I have been practising since 2004. In addition to this I have trained as a family, couples and Childrens therapist.
I have worked at Godden Green Private psychiatric Clinic in Sevenoaks, as a therapist/addictions therapist, In addition to this I have worked at the heart of Kent Hospice as a bereavement counsellor and Swaleside Prison as a therapist, along with working with families and children in schools and private practices. I now work solely in a private practice as a therapist, supervisor and children's and family therapist. Further more some of my clients are referred to me from various solicitors, G.Ps psychiatrist's ans word of mouth.
I also offer supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors.
I have in depth knowledge and experience of various issues including working with couples families and children. I have also worked in schools counselling children.
My theoretical approach is integrative and I trained initially as a humanistic counsellor. My work is underpinned by psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural therapy. T.A and Gestalt.
The main aim is to meet my clients unique individual needs when assessing them for therapy. I am a recognized provider by most health care insurance companies and I have access to consultant psychiatrists if needed, who also refer clients to me along with GPs and word of mouth from previous clients.
I am currently offering CPD training days to qualified counsellors students counsellors and workplace training for companies.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
