About me
Feeling comfortable, safe and heard is at the heart of counselling and something I pride myself in providing for all my clients. As a qualified counsellor, trained in different styles of counselling, I have many tools in my toolkit to tailor the approach to each and every individual's needs.
I work with people to help them understand their thoughts, feelings and challenges through the discovery of self awareness and self acceptance.
